Window graphics balance visibility, privacy, and brand presence.
Designed for both interior and exterior glass, these installations use frosted vinyl, perforated film, and custom graphics to define space while maintaining light and openness. Each application is carefully considered for scale, transparency, and viewing conditions to ensure clear communication without overwhelming the environment. From subtle privacy treatments to bold branded statements, window graphics enhance function while reinforcing identity throughout the space.
Anchor Properties Vacant Storefront Window Clings
Anchor Properties needed a way to present vacant retail spaces as opportunities rather than empty storefronts. The solution was a custom second-surface window-cling program that turns each window into a visual preview of what the space could become.
The imagery suggests an active, well-designed interior while allowing Anchor Properties’ leasing information to remain visible. Applied from the inside of the glass, the clings help conceal vacant interiors, improve the street-facing appearance of the property, and create a more inviting pedestrian experience.
The result is a practical leasing tool that also supports neighborhood beautification, replacing the visual gap of an empty storefront with a more polished and aspirational presence.
